Elecont Weather is a stylish, ten day and hourly weather forecast application and Widgets for 130 000 locations with data from two weather providers: Intellicast and Foreca.
The Doppler radar (NEXRAD) map shows rain, snow and hail clouds movement on Google Maps around your location in real time with 10 minutes delay only. The Doppler radar is available only for USA (except Alaska and islands). With Doppler radar you will see weather.
Elecont Weather is a handy assistant that is easy to use and is very helpful. Use Elecont Weather often to stay informed about changing weather conditions.
We worked hard to bring you an excellent application for all your weather needs. A quick look at the weather will even help you know how to dress for the day or whether you'll need an umbrella or sunscreen.
Elecont Weather has a built-in barometer. A diagram is displayed which shows the atmospheric pressure changes for the past twenty four hours. A red warning display is produced when the barometer detects changes.
Elecont Weather provides information about 100 latest earthquakes from all over the world. View the last earthquakes in a list or on a map. Filter earthquakes by their magnitude and distance from the city. Provided information about: magnitude, time and distance from the city.

Great Weather App! The radar graphics are very lacking, and at best they only give you a general idea of precipitation. Save to SD card would also be a great addition. Beyond these two issues, it is by far the best weather app that I have tried to date!

Awsome! Extremely fast with beautiful graphics I have been through 4 weather programs and this is by far the best! A day is mapped out for you on a wheel showing temperature each hour. Tap the wheel and you get wind by hour, another tap and you get chance of rain by hour etc. Swipe your smartphone and you get info for more than a week, swipe again and you get a graph of highs and lows for quite a few days. Hit menu and you can choose radar which takes you to an animated map at your location. + or - to zoom in or out on the map.

Very informative app This Weather app is very informative which helps it to rise above the other weather apps which are also good in their own way but to me this app is the best. I also like the fact that you can get earthquake notifications and weather alerts. I dont really use the radar though. If you are having problems R seeing the temp go to options and then status bar notification options and then scroll to the bottom part and you get the option to change the colour of the temp on the status bar.

Worth switching from other weather apps Nice widget, good information. A few tweaks would be nice. (1) put the weather notification into the persistent section, not the clearable section. (2) provide an option to omit + on temp icon in places where temps never go negative.

Best Weather App By A Long Shot I've been using another weather app for years. I recently purchased a motorola xoom and found that app a bit buggy so I went shopping! Great update Intellicast and Foreca is most accurate weather providers. I can compare weather from both providers now. I use two widgets with elecont weather clock for my city. First widget is from Intellicast, second-from foreca. Now I am always confident in the forecast.

I have a wood stove and I work outside. Having this info is great. Barometric psi is great to know for the wood stove.

Great, but newest version (1.7) does not work on milestone 2 or defy. Only background shows... Can't open app from widget either. Looks like it hangs.

Brilliant application. 24h forecast with hour interval. Only one downside - pressing widget calls app to open... Why not just browse through widget?
