Super Slick Mobile Banking Great way to manage my accounts, pay bills, check balances, and even deposit my checks! I was able to move funds with this app in seconds which allowed me to make a much needed withdrawal while in the drive thru at my local branch!

Needs a lot of work App always logs me out if I go back in the app, or if I switch to another app while running. The browser version doesn't have this issue.

Needs 2 major enhancements to be useful to me! Doesn't offer opinion to store login name. Even American Express does this with the all but the first characters x's out. More importantly, I only have a US Bank Credit Card, no checking or savings. Mobile app doesn't offer option to pay with external account. Ie. Wells Fargo. Can do over windows internet explorer, but not on Android.

Blurry pics I have the htc amaze 4 g which has a perfect 8 mo camera. For some reason this app can't focus the camera and deposits are rejected. Depositing is the main feature I want to this app is pretty useless...

Works ok First.. viewing this app is very difficult with the galaxy nexus as the app won't let u zoom in and the font is so small. The information is correct and quick and easy to view balances. One additional feature that would be extremely benefitial would be to be able to view pending transactions which I could not find. I have not tried the funds transfer or check deposit so cannot comment on how those work.

Hideous UI The UI is terrible on ICS/Galaxy Nexus. Tiny print, tiny labels. Looks like care hasn't been taken to make it look nice on ICS devices (not surprising). Lack of zoom functionality in what appears to be a WebView. Has a "We ported this from iOS" look and feel, Yuck! Please fix the UI for large phones/ICS/Galaxy Nexus.

Slow development This app is useful as is, but like most bank systems, is very slow to update. This app recognizes my Android 4.0 phone as a tablet, so it uses the tablet UI, which is very unfriendly on a small phone screen. It functions well, but needs to be updated to fully support ICS.

Broken This app doesn't work very well, I used it for a while let it in my account was suspended. I called and they said there was nothing wrong and to reinstall the app. I did. Then, it asked me a security question I'd never get an answer for. then locked my account. It would be an ok app if it worked.

I am so excited to finally see a US Bank app, but unfortunately it will not let me log in. It seems to be getting hung up on my password even though I am certain that I am entering it correctly. Hopefully a fix is coming soon.

You have to login in with your user ID _AND_ type in your full password every single time you use the app. Not easy to do when you use strong passwords. And then DepositPoint requires a Shield Question. Oy. BTW, is all this encrypted?? No documentation. The Firethorn app uses a more convenient verification system, which *might* be as/more secure. HINT: Create a feedback/comments/requests web page or email (I hate phone numbers), so "comments" like this go to the developer(s), and not here.

Firstly, you have to log in EVERYTIME you use the app which takes time, and makes the process arduous. The account balance is not the available balance, so it shows you an "off" balance when you log in, and you don't even have all the same options as on the site. This app is a long time coming and it should be much better. I'm sticking iwth the Third Party Mobile Banking app for now.
