Its a manager for existing language TTS apps, such as SVOX. This does not have its own "voice". Great app! P.S. pico is free, but SVOX sounds natural.

Download Google Translate & then DL this. It's an extension for other apps, not a stand alone app. That's why you can't get it to do anything.

Its a must for certain apps and works great. Only complaint I have is it would be awesome if I had voice choices. The voice it uses is annoying.

Download Google Translate & then DL this. It's an extension for other apps, not a stand alone app. That's why you can't get it to do anything.
