Back in November, the fine folks at NBC Sports.com debuted an iPad app that allows users to access all of the NBC Sports “Talk” blogs in one easy application. Excellent concept, horrible execution As has been noted, cache is huge. That's problem one. Problem two is: Where the heck are the options? I don't want anything but PFT, so let me see that and get the heck out of my way! I'll still use it, because it rocks PFT, but this needs a lot of work.

Uninstalled. Ridiculous cache What on earth does this app need 64MB of cache for? Pretty serious bug, and if they had bothered to update even ONCE since this was released months ago, I'd deal with it and expect a fix. But NBC obviously doesn't care about their Android app so I'll just uninstall.

Everytime I open I get force close. If I open it a second time everything works and is a great app. Fix the on open force close EVO.

Nice app, but could be better. Would like option to have full page of 1 sport headlines. Also, pics ar nice but headlines get cutoff.

Force Closes, Missing functionality It force closes about every other time I try and open it. It's faster at loading ads than it is at loading content. Never loads pictures with articles (even though it displays thumbnails), and has no choice to block out all the irrelevant blogs I don't read. Also, links within articles to other articles on the same blog take you to the browser instead of to the article within the app. Horizontal swipe is far too sensitive. Comments don't thread. Otherwise OK interface for quickly reading articles.

Love this app, only improvement I can suggest is that they let you filter what sites you want news from as I only really use PFT and CFT.

Lack of customization Can't customize the app in any way. I would like to hide sites that I don't read such as ProHockeyTalk and ProGolfTalk. A feature to reorder the sites on the home page would be nice as well. With this app, what you see is what you get.
