When looking for info on movies on your tablet, Flixster’s Movies app is a great place to start. Watch trailers. Read synopses and reviews. Find out when you can get tickets at your local theaters (and then buy them). It’s all here, and it’s all extremely easy to find and navigate. On the larger screens of tablets, Flixster provides navigation options in a frame on the left side with content filling the larger chunk of the screen to the right. It works beautifully. Flixster packs so much functionality and content into its app that it’s a wonder it is free. Call me an early adopter if you must, but count me in with the millions of people who have fully embraced Google+, Google's latest attempt at a social network. I am really digging the Circles paradigm, where you're invited to group up your friends and colleagues into separate circles, so you can fine-tune who you choose to keep in touch with. I also find the interface clean and intuitive, and I have to give props to Google+ for being much more privacy-aware than a certain other competitor. It seems like every movie you'd ever want to watch, you can't. There is no way to see only the movies available to watch on the app, and hide all the rest of the movies you can't even watch. New releases are out if the question and most viewable material is trailers. Don't bother downloading.

So now there appears to be zero Netflix queue integration, even though the notes indicate this release "fixes" it. On the contrary, it seemed to have REMOVED it. When viewing the overview for any movie in theaters or upcoming movie there is no longer any option to add it to my Netflix queue. What am I missing? THIS is queue integration? They seemed to have ELIMINATED queue integration..

It used to be that when you looked at a movie in the area with options such as view trailer and get showtimes you had the option of adding the movie to your netflix queue which now seems to no longet exist even though my flixster app is currently linked with my netflix acct.

For some reason, you are required to have an ultraviolet account to sync. Wonderful applications apparently couldn't figure out how to sync together, i tried for a week to do it, and no dice. I give up, uninstall.

Navigation is clumsy and nonintuitive. I liked the old version better. I got what I needed quicker, which is movie times and in this version I have to work for it.

I don't like, first of all, how I can only view my friends' film reviews and I have to go all the way to the web to write my own. Like on the iTouch, I should be able to write directly from the app itself. Second, it takes a while for the critical 'liking' average to show up in its most recent form, which gets pretty annoying. Otherwise, Flixster is convenient enough. Just please make those two updates, especially the first I mentioned.

Where is watch full movies? Where? As far as I know there is only one full movie rental app in Australia, no special days, no rent one get one free. Need I mention names n stores. R we creating a monopoly on films? Reserve banks of films? At first it all seemed like a good idea. Id rather pay late returns, or buy outright. N why can't we keep a film for $7? It's not like the dvd n case were made. Its all greed. Look at the old stories where whole towns would see a film for loose change.

I was looking forward to paying to stream movies to my tablet, but this doesn't allow streaming to rooted devices "for stability and security reasons." Hmm. My rooted tablet is more stable and secure than a non-rooted one. I don't mind spending money to stream movies, but I'm not willing to sacrifice the many benefits of having a rooted device.

The movie times were WRONG. I drove all the way out to the better theater to find out that the movie wasn't playing for 2 hours. There was actually only 3 showtimes, not 6 as indicated on this app. I checked the web when I got allll the way back home and FANDANGO popped up.
