You have to install the servier app on your PC but it's easy to get to via the dev's website. Had to upgrade the .NET framework on Win XP Home SP3 to support the wifi but no trouble. Not pretty, but works as it should. I was using DoubleTwist's Airsync and while it's a prettier looking app, it has major limitations which I couldn't wait around for them to fix. This major issue is that Airsync won't allow you to sync to the external SD card through wifi. This is where iSyncr excels at. It allows you to choose where to sync your media right down to the exact folder. I also like that iSyncr syncs your Amazon MP3, pictures, and video files back to your PC as well. It has a great tutorial on how to use the app built in.

Brilliant iSyncr makes Android work like an iPod with regard to iTunes playlistism. The Wifi add-on makes it work BETTER than an iPod. Now if Netflix would just support my Inspire for streaming, I wouldn't miss my iPhone at all!

This is a MUST have compliment to iSyncr for PC. Any sync hiccups via wire are overcome with the great playlist management UI on the phone via WiFi.

Awesome - fully recommended I was looking for app, which meets four (4) conditions: sync content from iTunes - on Mac - wirelessly - to Android phone. This one does it flawlessly. :-) There are even functions for uploading photos and videos from phone - these need still to be slightly polished, but even without them, iSyncr Wifi is my best buy on the Market so far. It is also proof that open system is more beneficial to both developers and users than system, where u are allowed only to use only cable & only through iTunes. Thanks!:-)

Fantastic App For those who have a MAC and an HTC Thunderbolt...no comparison to Double Twist...this app is by far the best app out their. Customer service is tremendous and extremely helpful..if you have a MAC and are having issues they will work with you until they either fix the problem or can reproduce the problem. Hands down the best app.

WiFi Disconnect Gave 1.4 a try, still no go, same issues as before. Sent an email to developer long time ago, responses that I received not helpful, it connects long enough to get the playlist info, but never completes a sync. Total opposite of the regular (non WiFi) one. Stick with the non WiFi version. MT3GS/CM7.03.

I can finally synchronize ratings and playcounts! If you use iTunes extensively (smart playlists....), than this is currently the only option on Android Market that will provide you perfect synchronization (playcounts, ratings, playlist syncing). But beware, in order to achieve this, you must also purchase PlayerPro, which is imho the best player on android anyway.

Works very well on HTC Incredible Syncing to my Macbook via Airport wifi, works fine. HTC Incredible with Android 2.2, iTunes 10.2.1 (most recent as of this writing) on OSX 10.6.7 Didn't have to change anything on router etc, it just worked. I got this mostly for podcasts, which get updated a lot, didn't want to plug in USB every day. Love that I can schedule how often it syncs, or do it manually. Now daily podcasts just show up on my phone automatically. Will update review after this has been running for a few weeks but so far so good.

Syncs songs pretty well. Don't try syncing a movie. It takes a really long time and when it finished the movie wouldnt play. Droid 1 and Mac OS 10.6.6

Was great, yesterday.. So I bought this yesterday for my new Motorola Atrix. Got it working and thought it was awesome. Then I updated today (expecting better Atrix support) and instead it broke the program. Every attempted sync now yields a lengthy error message. Something about Java.. 'invalid argument'... Please fix. This is by far one of the most important things for my phone to do. I'll easily give 5 stars once it's working again.
