The Grand Prix Story Android App by Kairosoft Co.,Ltd is a simulation game where the object is to create your own racing team. You do this by hiring drivers, build and research race cars and deal with contracts. The game’s user interface is very similar to Kairosoft Co.,Ltd’s Game Dev Story where you control the game elements from a series of menus. Throughout the game you will be able to participate in racing sequences where the only element you can really control on your racer is the boost. You will need to have this charged in order to use it. The racing sequences are good for evaluating your racer and car’s performance so that you can make adjustments as needed back at the shop. Each race track requires a specific type of race car in order to win, you will need to perofrom a series of trial and error races in

For much of the UK, June was a grim and dismal month, characterised by rain punctuated by odd spells of short-lived sunshine. So, for gamers, conditions were perfect for a period packed with cracking Android releases and crystal clear handheld displays, unsullied by annoying reflective screen issues. The standout release, which hit the Android Market on July 1st but was available free via GetJar beforehand (creating a nice little loophole for us to sneak it into this list), was the long-awaited iOS port of Cut the Rope. Fortunately, to keep thumbs busy during the month-long build-up to release, there were still plenty of first rate titles to play throughout June. So stick around for last month’s highest scoring Pocket Gamer hits, and let us know if any other gems slipped through our quality control net in the comments below. Handing a well-deserved Gold Award to the mobile gaming phenomenon, we said

Kairosoft ongoing story of fabulous simulation games races on. You’ve no doubt heard of Kairsoft’s other games in which you attempt to raise an empire with the help of a series of menus and expressive pixel art. It doesn’t sound like much, but it’s unhealthily addictive and to cut right to the chase, Grand Prix Story really is no different. Instead of running a game development company or a spa you’re now instead charged with starting your own racing team, you’ll hire drivers, build and research cars and deal with contracts. The style of gameplay has a lot more in common with Game Dev Story than the more recent Hot Springs Story in that you’re not placing things in the main game window and you are instead back to controlling purely from the menus. The added attraction to Grand Prix Story is of course the races where you’ll see your team race against several

High profile events like the E3 conference, where Android developer had an increased presence, serve as an inspiring backdrop to this week’s best new games. Kairosoft, the makers of Game Dev Story and Hot Springs Story, adds another “story” game to its lineup, delving into the new theme of racing. There’s also some classic arcade motifs that remain popular in the Android Market, with games like Eole & the Paper Ball and Spinballs rising to the top. Another time-management game from Kairosoft, this time you have to run an entire car racing team. You’re the boss, and you must train your drivers and gain sponsors if you want to win the Grand Prix. Develop new cars and their parts, customizing them to your specifications. You’ll need to pay attention to your car and driver specs, constantly ordering changes to maintain your team. Following the success of Game Dev Story and Hot

came as a pleasant surprise to Kairosoft fans. Who would have expected a management game that put you in charge of a spa to be so enthralling? On the one hand, it was as addictive as the studio’s smartphone debut, . On the other hand, the subject matter was unashamedly Japanese, at the risk of alienating some Western fans. Which is presumably why Kairosoft chose the international sport of Formula 1 racing as the basis for its latest business management sim. Prix heat Advertisement The development of your mean machine naturally comes first, with the choice of car you can build at the outset limited, to say the least. Each of the racing vehicles up for selection - roadsters (balanced and durable); buggies (good handling); and dragsters (speedy but bad at corners) - can be improved, though, with parts that increase its stats or compensate for its flaws. However, these components need

Sometimes I decide what to mention in the Freshies and sometimes the people want what the people want. In today’s list, Color Flashlight HD, Grand Prix Story, and Alberi are all top-rated although they’ve only been available a few days at the most. I tried to ignore this app, but the crazy horde of fans wouldn’t let me. Who needs another flashlight app? Apparently, over ten thousand Android device owners, most of who rate this utility app very highly. The reason – it isn’t an ordinary flashlight app. You can shine your phone’s flash or the screen itself as the light source. It features pulsing lights, changing colors, adding text and sound and a huge variety of other options so that you can use it to find your way in a theater, search for your lost dog in the dark, or signal the rescuers in a real emergency. It’s free. Get

Harder than the other kairosoft games. However, this is another great game. Kairosoft is the only "real" game developer for Android!
Brandon
Awesome game. High level of depth and complexity. If you rate 1 for this bc of media storage, blame yourself for being behind the times.
Anders
No change log is annoying, but move to SD is no longer an optional thing, and for a 10mb game, is an automatic 1 star.

Another Kairosoft Materpiece I love this game. It's more like Game Dev Story than Hot Springs Story, and I like that. You run a racing team, upgrade cars and parts, and race. It's much harder than Game Dev Story, and how to upgrade things is a lot less obvious. There's also quite a few bugs, but I really can't complain.
aj
Still lots of bugs like game closing when you go to race I can't play the game until its fixed :( 2* until its sorted

Same bug as Hot Springs Story, music stops once you get a sound cue in a dialog popup. 1* for removing move to sdcard in update.

I'm hopelessly addicted already! Game Dev was great, Hot Springs was solid, but this is just an amazing game! Support the devs.
